We have designed this site to provide you with an overview of the programs, projects,
and volunteer services we provide. Our Mission Statement is to keep Carpinteria
“Clean, Green and Beautiful!”.
In keeping with our goal, our all-volunteer club has successfully implemented and
maintained distinct and various improvements in the appearance and cleanliness of
our very special beach community.
Over the past 18 years, we have sponsored beautiful custom painted murals, which
depict scenes from Carpinteria, donated and planted trees in the community, established
an Adopt-a-Spot litter removal
program, initiated beach, park and creek clean up projects, provide an active graffiti
removal program, initiated a
Reusable Grocery
Bag Program and provided a
Home and Garden Tour,
which spotlights many of the spectacular homes in our community.
If these programs sound exciting to you, or you have a suggestion for a “Beautiful”
project, feel free to join us! We meet the second Saturday of the month (September through
June only), at 9:00 a.m., in City Hall.
Additionally, the Club thanks and appreciates all the volunteers, the City of Carpinteria
and the financial contributors that help us operate, together we are maintaining
a “Clean, Green and Beautiful!” Carpinteria.

Carpinteria Beautiful is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), all-volunteer organization with no membership
dues. Your contribution keeps our projects growing. All donations, big and small,
are greatly appreciated.
Spring is the ideal time to spruce up your yard by planting flowers or adding a tree or two. It’s also a perfect time for sharing a wee bit of your green $ with Carpinteria Beautiful. We promise to make it bloom!
Every Carpinteria Beautiful project begins with a good idea and someone’s willingness to see it through. The group welcomes new ideas and can provide help (volunteers, funding, moral support) for new endeavors. If you have a suggestion for a project, a willingness to volunteer, or you simply share our passion for keeping Carpinteria beautiful, come along with us. Meetings are open to all (just walk in) and are held at 9 am the second Saturday of each month (September to June), in the City Hall Council Chambers. For more information, call Donnie Nair at 684-9328.
